You will receive tracking details via email once your parcel is dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

📬 Delivery Issues

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, we are not responsible for delays, lost items, or stolen packages. Please contact Australia Post with your tracking number for delivery inquiries.

If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
