As a small business, we currently do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and use-related factors, we are unable to accept returns on:

• Used reference cards

• Badge reels once packaging is opened

🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
